LOGO! expansion modules

Module mở rộng LOGO! (LOGO! Expansion Modules) là dòng thiết bị I/O bổ sung của Siemens được thiết kế để mở rộng khả năng đầu vào/đầu ra của bộ điều khiển logic nhỏ gọn LOGO! một cách linh hoạt và kinh tế, bao gồm digital expansion modules (DM8, DM16 với 4-8 digital inputs và 4-8 relay/transistor outputs), analog expansion modules (AM2, AM2 AQ, AM2 PT100 với 2 analog inputs/outputs hoặc 2 kênh đo nhiệt độ Pt100), cho phép mở rộng tối đa lên đến 24 đầu vào số, 20 đầu ra số, 8 đầu vào analog và 8 đầu ra analog trên một LOGO! basic module, thiết kế modular compact 36mm chiều rộng (2 module units) hoặc 72mm (4 module units) gắn DIN rail 35mm, kết nối bus tự động bằng cách gắn bên phải basic module mà không cần dây bus riêng, tự động nhận dạng địa chỉ theo thứ tự từ trái sang phải, nguồn cấp từ basic module qua bus (không cần nguồn riêng cho mỗi module), hỗ trợ hot-swap cho một số modules, nhiệt độ hoạt động -20°C đến +55°C, điện áp 12/24V DC hoặc 115/230V AC tùy loại module, relay outputs 10A AC/5A DC hoặc transistor outputs 0.3A với khả năng PWM, analog inputs độ phân giải 10-bit (0-10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA), đo nhiệt độ trực tiếp với Pt100/Pt1000 RTD từ -50°C đến +200°C độ chính xác ±0.5°C, screw terminals hoặc spring terminals cho đấu dây nhanh, chứng nhận CE/UL/CSA và tương thích với tất cả LOGO! 8.x basic modules (có và không có màn hình), LOGO! expansion modules mang đến giải pháp mở rộng I/O linh hoạt, tiết kiệm không gian (70% nhỏ gọn hơn relay/timer/contactor truyền thống), dễ lắp đặt và bảo trì cho building automation (HVAC temperature control với AM2 PT100, lighting control với DM16 relay, access control), machine control (compact machines với nhiều sensors/actuators, băng tải, bơm), process control (temperature/pressure/level monitoring với analog I/O, valve control với analog outputs), energy management (power monitoring, sub-metering) và các ứng dụng cần I/O density cao trong không gian hạn chế với chi phí thấp hơn distributed I/O 40-60%.​

Lưu ý kết nối Pt100:

2-wire: Đơn giản nhất, nhưng sai số do điện trở dây dẫn (±1-2°C)

3-wire: Bù điện trở dây dẫn, chính xác hơn (±0.5°C)

4-wire: Chính xác nhất, loại bỏ hoàn toàn sai số dây dẫn (±0.1°C), khuyến nghị cho ứng dụng yêu cầu chính xác cao​
